Mr Sittaramane is a proficient and skillful Electrical Engineer. He was appointed as the nominated director on 1st August 2016. He has been an integral part of the construction industry for the past 24 years in Singapore. He also holds experience in Ship repair and shipbuilding works in India. In Thriveni Singapore, he focuses on the trading of Iron Ore, Sand and Coal. Also, he is well-experienced in housing construction projects and the construction of the Desalination Plant.

Mr. Karthikeyan is an accomplished civil engineer and operates all the corporate functions of the organization with his systemic and sincere approach. He has a proven executive management track record and brings on the table over 15 years of unmatched experience in the industry. He also oversees the Indonesian business branch of the organization. He has great experience in managing various companies of four-wheelers and two-wheelers in the automotive industry. Furthermore, he is associated with Manufacturing of Aggregates and M.Sand and is equipped with tremendous and in-depth expertise in the mining industry. In addition, he supervises the Thriveni Brooklyn Coffee Estate as well.

With a professional diploma in Leadership and People Management from Vocational Institute Of Technology in 1974 and decades of varied and multifarious experience in the industry, he possesses an unparalleled combination of strong leadership and organizational skills.

Mr. Naveen JH, a Mechanical Engineer & Business management Professional with almost three decades of hands-on experience in mining, earthmoving, construction, material handling machinery ,OTR tyres & Power Train Components Manufacturing . He is a SME in areas of product performance, fleet and cost management with exposure to various applications, mining conditions, minerals & strata, repairs, workshop and onsite maintenance. He has worked with industry majors like Tatas( Tata Motors / TataHitachi) , Mahindras, JCB, Gmmco – CAT, Yokohama Grp & India ( Amalgamations Group) , with international business exposure in markets like Europe, USA, ROW as Global Product Head). He brings with him exposure to Techno Commercials, P&L management, brand building, product management, product development, program Management ,cross functional team working, team building, Mentoring, Coaching ,training & development, maintenance and repairs.
While handling the above portfolios he has served various mining and infra companies like NMDC, SECL, WCL, GMR, Shapoorji Pallonji, L&T Ltd, HCC, Gammon, AFCONS, Vedanta, India Cements, ACC, Ultra Tech, ESSAR, SEW , NCC….He has undergone an Executive Development Program by Caterpillar – LBDT, Deula Nienburg – Germany – Tyres, JCB, United Kingdom, Solid / Industrial Tyres at ATG – Boston, USA.

Mr. Prem Kumar M, a Mechanical Engineer along with Master of Business Administration in Materials Management started his career in Thriveni Groups in the year 2002. An optimistic and seasoned leader in Procurement management with more than 18+ years of experience in India & Overseas locations. With a decade and more experience he’s expertise in Procurement strategy, Budgeting, Costing & supply analysis/strategy, Vendor Management, sourcing execution, Commercial contract negotiation, delivery planning and monitoring, purchase execution, Quality Analysis/Life monitoring, ongoing performance management and improvement.
With his leadership capabilities, he’s leveraged to develop clear plans governing supply chain and on-time delivery for critical parts and inventory serving multiple locations globally. Renowned for delivering high-volume cost savings by negotiating exceptional supply chain and logistics contracts and terms with the vendors. He also featured in various projects like SAP Implementation (MM Module), Global Suppliers visit for Core Spare parts of HEMM, Assets Procurement on a Global Scale & Database Management for entire HEMM fleet of Equipment, Sub Assembly and Components.
